We really enjoyed having Kristy help us.. she was fast, courteous & absolutely hilarious! We will be returning next year!
Business is in his home. Wreaks of pet urine. After being kept waiting half an hour for our scheduled appointment, Mr. Kile refused his service, shook his finger in my face & turned away my wife & I because "I am a man of God & I don't believe two women should marry." If I could give zero stars I would. Discriminating and RUDE. UPDATE 4/19/2016: Mr. Garigues, learned of Mr. Kile's behavior, he called to apologize and reimbursed us for our tax prep fee from another firm. We were assured this is not company policy. He also advised that Mr. Kile would no longer be associated with the business as of April 19, 2016.
I have used Mr. KIle for 5 years. He is one of the nicest men I have ever met. He is an honest man of God. He has gotten my wife and I back more ( of our money we overpaid the government than anyone else ever did) . He runs a great business and I believe the reason it is so successful is because he sticks to his Christian values. Thank you Mr. Kile for being there when working people need an honest man to go to bat for them
